Leadership

It is my honor and pleasure to serve as principal of Panorama! I take the responsibility for leading and caring for this school, its students, staff, and community seriously.  As the principal, it is important for my school community to understand me and what fuels my drive. 

Professional vulnerability and personal authenticity define major aspects of my leadership and ability to be a change agent in the arena of public education. As a dedicated and passionate educator, I strive daily to make a positive impact on the educational system I serve. My experiences as both a classroom teacher and administrator at the middle school, high school, and district levels allow me to support students and teachers through genuine relationships and productive communication. I have a proven track record advocating for student equity and closing the achievement gap as both a teacher and administrator. The breadth of my experience and knowledge of how to effectively service special populations is a distinct skill set that I have sharpened over time. My goal is always to contribute to Panorama and its community in a way that will allow all stakeholders to feel valued, respected, and engaged. 

As the principal of Panorama Middle School, it is my ethical and moral obligation to bring every viable resource and opportunity to all students and staff. I dedicate each day to bringing an attitude of grace and flexibility to our school. Every student is valuable; every adult is necessary. Finally, education is accessible to all, no matter what struggles or challenges a student or family faces! I lead with integrity, passion, purpose, and joy!
